Evening skincare routine for sensitive skin:
1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Use a soap-free foaming cleanser if your skin is oily or a cleansing oil if your face tends to be dry.
2. While your skin is still damp, but not wet, apply a fragrance-free serum moisturizer that contains high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, Probiotic lysates, soothing vitamins like Niacinamide (vitamin B3), Panthenol (Vitamin B5) along with skin soothers and antioxidants. 3. Follow this up with a drop or two of quality, fragrance-free face oil. This will provide much-needed omega fatty acids to the skin, which the skin cannot make on it's own.

2. If you see dry spots, use a bit of a gentle face moisturizer or serum.
3. Wait until your skincare is absorbed and then use sunblock followed by any makeup, if you use makeup. You are ready to face the day!
Weekly deep care and exfoliation for sensitive skin
Exfoliation is important when you are using skincare products as this helps products penetrate your skin better and give you better results.
When you have sensitive skin it can be a challenge to find products that can exfoliate without causing irritation.
🌿 Try gentle scrubs that are safe for sensitive skin and contain non-abrasive grains, like jojoba beads.
🌿 If you like using a clay mask, look for one that contains kaolin clay, which is the gentlest clay suited for sensitive skin.

Protect your skin from environmental factors like sun exposure, pollution, and windburn

☘️ Wear protective clothing like gloves, scarves and long sleeves to protect your skin from the windburn that can occur from cold weather or windy days.
